  Notes from the Editors

The Holiday season is always a roller coaster, a chance to take a bit of a break from our normal activities. However, sometimes we need a vacation from a "vacation," and the holidays can leave us feeling drained and more than ready to get back to our daily lives.

In our eagerness to resume our regular routines, lets not forget that this is the perfect opportunity to refocus some of those habits on obtaining our goals.

So lets look forward with purpose and determination, and make this a great and successful year.

Happy New Year!
